June 18th 2008 04:29
Hi all!
Sorry about the delay.
I hope you had a good weekend of tipping. i know I did. 6 tips for me, but i had a feeling Carlton might win.
It started well for me with the Bombers breaking the drought with a hard fought win over the Eagles.
Essendon by 22 points
On Saturday the Bulldogs kept rolling, as expected, right over the Lions.
Western Bulldogs by 63 points
But the surprise happened in the west with the Dockers nabbing an unexpected win over the up and down Kangaroos.
Fremantle by 53 points
Saturday night was a training drill in Sydney for the Swans running over the Saints.
Sydney by 35 points
Over in Adelaide though, a thrilling game took place. Adelaide led by 1 point at quarter time, 2 points at half time and 3 points at three quarter time to go down in a goal for goal final quarter in one of the matches of the season.
Hawthorn by 4 points
On Sunday all eyes were on the G, but a game was already underway at Skilled Stadium. The Cats demolishing the Power.
Geelong by 59 points
The big game at the 'G lived up to the hype with Carlton pulling off a big upset in one of football's oldest rivalry matches over Collingwood.
Carlton by 30 points
Twilight at the Dome saw Richmond taking advantage of an easy fixture, beating Melbourne.
Richmond by 22 points
I'll be posting my tips most likely tomorrow, if not Friday. If you subscribe you won't have to guess!
